一起1000kV特高压变电站GIS开关故障母线跳闸事故分析

摘要 本文分析了一起某1000kV变电站间隔设备由检修后复役的操作过程中,母线动作跳闸的事故。通过现场检查,获得了一次、二次设备的现场反馈数据和开关设备的开盖检查记录。针对该气体绝缘全封闭组合电器开关设备A、B、C三相开盖的检查情况对比,结合电阻开关结构的原理图和现场解体情况,对本次事故原因进行分析总结,根据解体检查情况分析事故的原因是该开关B相母侧合闸电阻动触头紧固螺钉未采取有效的防松措施。本文针对此类事件分析并提出了相应的预案编制,有效应对此类安全隐患,保证特高压变电站的稳定安全运行的能力。 A bus trip accident is analyzed in the course of operation for the spacing equipment after maintenance in some 1000 kV substatim.By field inspection,get the field feedback data of primary and secondary equipment and opening cover inspection record of the switch equipment.For the inspection contrast of totally-enclosed combined electrical apparatus switchgear A、B and C three-phase opening cover of the gas insulation and combining the basic diagram of the resistance switch structure and the field disintegration condition to carry out analysis and summary to the auident cause.According to the canse of the disintegration condition analysis is that the B phase side resistance contact fastening bolt of the switch is not fastened.For the accielent,put forward some measures,which ensures safe running ability of EHV substation.
