不同光照强度下平菇子实体的生长表现和营养物质含量 被引量:2

Analysis on growth performance and nutrient content of Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting body under different light intensities

摘要 光照是平菇生长发育过程中重要的环境因素,将平菇菌袋分别置于0 lx、250 lx、500 lx和1 000 lx 4组不同光照强度下,设置环境温度为18℃、CO浓度0.06%、湿度99%,比较不同光照强度处理的菇蕾数量、子实体农艺性状、产量及营养物质含量。结果表明:不同光照强度下平菇子实体农艺性状表现不同,随着光照强度增大菇蕾数量减少,菌盖长/菌柄长比值增大;0 lx组菇蕾数最多,菌盖长/菌柄长比值显著小于其他处理,而其余3组之间差异不显著;菌柄长度,500 lx组最小,与1 000 lx组差异不显著,但显著小于0 lx、250 lx组。不同光照强度下的平菇营养成分含量存在差异,0 lx组的蛋白质含量最高,多数氨基酸和磷、铁的含量也较高;500 lx和1 000 lx组的多糖含量较高;氨基酸Pro和脂肪的含量差异不显著。 Light is important environmental factors in the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus. P. ostreatus were settled under four kinds of light intensity: A(0 lx), B(250 lx), C(500 lx) and D(1000 lx), temperature 18 ℃, carbon dioxide 0.06%, humidity 99%. The number of mushroom buds, agronomic characters of fruiting bodies, yield and nutrient content under different light intensities were compared. The results showed that the agronomic characters of P. ostreatus fruit bodies under different light intensities are different. With the increase of light intensity, the number of mushroom buds decreased, and the cap length/stipe length increased. The number of mushroom buds in 0 lx group is the largest,and the cap length/stipe length was significantly smaller than other treatments, while the difference between the other three groups was not significant. The stipe length was the smallest in the 500 lx group, and was not significantly different with the 1 000 lx group, but was significantly smaller than the 0 lx and 250 lx groups. The nutrient content of P.ostreatus was different under different light intensities. The protein content of the 0 lx group was the highest, and the content of most amino acids, phosphorus and iron was also high;the polysaccharide content of the 500 lx and 1 000 lx groups was higher. The difference of the content of amino acids Pro and fat was not significant.
