添加养猪场废弃垫料的不同配方栽培姬松茸的产量和子实体氨基酸含量

Study on yield and fruiting body amino acid content of Agaricus blazei cultivated with different formulations supplemented with waste bedding material from pig farms

摘要 养猪场生物发酵床采用锯木屑、谷壳、米糠等作为垫料,废弃的大量垫料中含有丰富的有机物和矿物质元素,为实现其资源化利用,开展添加养猪场废弃垫料的不同配方基质栽培姬松茸对子实体产量、氨基酸含量和营养价值的影响的试验研究。结果表明:配方B2(稻草52.8%、牛粪24%、垫料19.2%、石灰2%、轻质碳酸钙2%)的产量最高,为100.1 g/袋;随废弃垫料用量的提高,子实体中氨基酸的种类不变,但氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸含量都有一定程度的增加;添加垫料配方的子实体必需氨基酸指数、生物价和营养指数均高于对照,氨基酸总量、鲜味氨基酸、甜味氨基酸、硫氨基酸、支链氨基酸、芳香族氨基酸等各类氨基酸含量和必需氨基酸含量均以配方B2最高。 The biological fermentation bed of pig farm uses sawdust, rice husk and rice bran, etc. as bedding materials.A large number of discarded bedding materials contained rich organic and mineral elements. In order to realize resource utilization, an experiment was carried out to study the effects of different substrates supplemented with pig farm waste bedding materials on the yield, amino acid content and nutritional value of fruit bodies of Agaricus blazei. The results showed that formula B2,which contain rice straw 52.8%, cow dung 24%, waste bedding materials 19.2%, lime 2%,light calcium carbonate 2%, had the highest yield of 100.1 g/bag. With the increase of the amount of waste bedding materials, the types of amino acids in the fruiting body remain unchanged, but the total amount of amino acids and the content of essential amino acids increase to a certain extent. The essential amino acid index, biological value and nutritional index of the fruit body of the waste bedding materials formula were higher than those of the control. The content of amino acids in fruiting body such as total amino acids, delicious amino acids, sweet amino acids, thioamino acids, branched chain amino acids and aromatic amino acids and the content of essential amino acids from formula B2 were the highest.
