摘要 为筛选适宜利用吴茱萸枝屑栽培的毛木耳优良菌株,丰富食用菌栽培原料,延长吴茱萸产业链,开展了以吴茱萸枝屑为主要基质原料栽培8个毛木耳菌株的比较试验;考察评价影响毛木耳产量和品质的主要农艺性状,应用数据归一化法进行综合评价。结果表明:菌丝生长速率、菌包成活率、生物学效率、泡发率、耳片尺寸、耳片厚度和耳片脆性是影响毛木耳产量和品质的7个重要农艺性状,其中菌包成活率、生物学效率、泡发率和耳片脆性为主要性状,加权数占比90%;8个毛木耳菌株中,漳耳43-28、193、苏毛3号菌株有6个性状值大于平均值,其中漳耳43-28有4个性状属于最高值;数据归一化法分析结果显示漳耳43-28和193综合性状好,综合分值为0.88和0.83,排名第1和第2,表明菌株漳耳43-28和193是适宜用吴茱萸枝屑栽培的优良毛木耳菌株。 Selecting of Auricularia polytricha strains suitable for cultivation with Evodia rutaecarpa branch sawdust,to enrich the raw materials of edible mushroom cultivation and extend the industrial chain of E. rutaecarpa. A comparative experiment was carried out to cultivate 8 strains of Auricularia polytricha with E. rutaecarpa branch sawdust as the main substrate material. The main agronomic characters affecting the yield and quality of A. polytricha were investigated and evaluated, and the data normalization method is applied for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the mycelial growth rate, the survival rate of cultivation bag, the biological efficiency, the soak ratio,the size, thickness and brittleness of fruit body were the seven important agronomic characters that affected the yield and quality of A. polytricha. Among them, the survival rate of cultivation bag, the biological efficiency, the soak ratio and the brittleness of fruit body were the main characters, and the weighted number accounted for 90%. There are 6characters scores of strain ‘Zhanger 43-28’, ‘193’ and ‘Sumao 3’ higher than the average of 8 strains of A. polytricha, 4characters scores of strain ‘Zhanger 43-28’ were the highest. The results of data normalization analysis showed that strain ‘Zhanger 43-28’ and ‘193’ had good comprehensive characters, with comprehensive scores of 0.88 and 0.83respectively, ranking first and second. The results showed that ‘Zhanger 43-28’ and ‘193’ were excellent strains of Auricularia polytricha which were suitable to be cultivated with E. rutaecarpa branch sawdust.
