医疗健康信息资源目录体系总体框架构建研究

Research on the construction of the general framework of health care information resources catalog system

目的探索信息资源目录技术在医疗健康领域的应用,促进信息资源公开共享、整合利用和业务协同。方法采用文献参考与专家咨询法,运用EA理论,参照不同领域信息资源目录体系现有成果,并结合医药卫生行业管理现状,运用Microsoft Visio 2010开展建模。结果构建目录体系总体框架。按照业务流程,详细梳理业务事项和参与角色,并进行抽象归纳,构建出业务模型与技术结构。结论目录体系以国家卫生健康委员会健康医疗大数据建设要求为指导,与实际业务工作联系紧密,能够用以指导国家和军队各级各类卫生部门进行资源开发利用。

Objective To explore the application of information resources catalog technology in the field of health care, and promote the sharing, integration and business collaboration of information resources. Methods The literature reference, expert consultation and EA theory were used, the latest achievements of the information resources catalog system in different fields were referred, and the current status of the management of health care services was combined. Microsoft Visio 2010 was applied for modeling. Results The general framework of health care information resources catalog system was constructed. According to the business process, we sorted out the business matters and participation roles in detail, and made an abstract induction to build a business model and technical structure. Conclusion The catalog system is guided by the requirements of health and medical big data construction of the National Health Commission of the PRC, closely related to actual business work, and can be used to guide the development and utilization of resources of the state and military health departments at all levels.
