吉林省信贷支持人参产业发展现状、问题及政策建议

The Current Situation,Problems and Policy Suggestions of Credit Support for Ginseng Industry in Jilin Province

人参是吉林省得天独厚的特色优势资源,人参产业是吉林省农业新兴支柱产业,省内银行机构通过创新信贷产品和服务方式,加强与担保机构合作等,积极支持人参产业高质量发展,但在信贷支持人参产业发展中也面临信贷风险相对较高、融资主体缺乏有效抵质押品等问题。本文通过调研分析了吉林省信贷支持人参产业发展现状、面临的困难和问题,并提出相关政策建议。

Ginseng is a unique characteristic and advantageous resource in Jilin Province.Ginseng industry is a new pillar industry in Jilin Province.Banking institutions in the province actively support the high-quality development of ginseng industry by innovating credit products and services,strengthening cooperation with guarantee agencies,etc.But in the development of credit supporting ginseng industry,there also have problems such as relatively high credit risk and lack of eff ective collateral for fi nancing subjects.This paper analyzes the development status,difficulties and problems of credit supported ginseng industry in Jilin Province,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations.
