推动地方法人金融机构绿色金融发展浅析--以四平市为例

当前,我国金融业积极支持绿色发展,相关绿色产品及服务创新层出不穷,绿色信贷成效显著,各类交易平台逐步形成,国际合作势头良好,在促进区域金融不断发展和完善的过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。但是,在快速发展的过程中暴露的问题日益增多,包括体制机制尚不健全,绿色投资不充足且融资渠道单一,地方法人金融机构功能发挥不够、支持力度有限,金融产品创新不够等问题,为了让绿色信贷能够平稳健康发展,本文主要是以四平市地方金融机构为主要研究对象,通过运用文献研究和对比分析的方法,掌握四平市地方金融机构绿色信贷情况,并以此为研究基础,结合对比数据,针对在发展中存在的问题提出相应问题改进措施,以期提升推动金融机构绿色金融业务创新,为绿色发展提供全面的金融支持。

At present,China's fi nancial industry actively supports green development,related green products and services innovation emerge in endlessly,green credit eff ect is remarkable,all kinds of trading platform gradually formed,international cooperation momentum is good,in promoting the development and improvement of regional fi nance in the process of playing a vital role.However,in the process of rapid development,there are more and more problems exposed,including imperfect system and mechanism,insufficient green investment and single fi nancing channel,insuffi cient function of local legal person fi nancial institutions,limited support,and insuffi cient innovation of fi nancial products.In order to ensure the steady and healthy development of green credit.In this paper,based on siping local fi nancial institutions as the main research object,by using the method of literature research and comparative analysis,grasp the siping green credit situation of local fi nancial institutions,and based on this and combined with the comparative data,aiming at the problems in developing problem put forward the corresponding improvement measures,in order to promote fi nancial institutions to promote green fi nancial business innovation,We will provide comprehensive fi nancial support for green development.
