来曲唑与二甲双胍促排卵方案治疗对多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的影响

Effect of metformin and letrozole for ovulation in polycystic syndrome

目的 探究来曲唑与二甲双胍促排卵方案治疗对多囊综合征不孕症的影响。方法 以2020年3月至2020年7月抽取的67例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为研究对象,通过电脑随机设置对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=34),分别给予来曲唑、来曲唑联合二甲双胍促排卵方案,对比两组妊娠率、排卵率、治疗前后糖代谢指标、LH、T水平。结果 未实施治疗前,两组患者各项指标无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组妊娠率、排卵率优于对照组,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后糖代谢指标、LH、T水平均比观察组高,均P<0.05。结论 多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者应用来曲唑与二甲双胍促排卵方案治疗,可改善患者性激素水平,降低胰岛素抵抗,促进患者排卵及成功妊娠效果较为理想,临床值得采纳。

Objective To explore the effects of metformin and letrozole on the infertility of polycystic syndrome.Methods Taking 67 infertile patients with polycystic syndrome from March 2019 to July 2020 as the research object, the control group(n=33)and the observation group(n=34)were randomly set up by computer.Letrozole, metformin combined with letrozole were given to promote ovulation, and the pregnancy rate, ovulation rate, glucose metabolism index and LH、T level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the pregnancy rate and ovulation rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P>0.05).The glucose metabolism index and LH、T level before and after treatment in the control group were higher than those in the observation group, both P>0.05.Conclusion The treatment of PCOS infertility with metformin and letrozole can improve the level of sex hormones, reduce insulin resistance, and promote ovulation and successful pregnancy.It is clinically worth adopting.
