以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理对肝硬化出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

The impact of continuing care guided by the Omaha system on treatment compliance and quality of life of discharged patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探究以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理对肝硬化出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择本院2018年9月至2020年7月收治的96例肝硬化消化道出血患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予以奥马哈系统为指导的延续护理。采用Frank依从量表(FCS)及生活质量调查表(GQOLI)对2组患者护理后的治疗依从性及生活质量进行评价。结果护理前,2组的FCS评分及生活质量评分比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理后,2组的FCS评分及生活质量评分较治疗前均提高(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝硬化患者采用以奥马哈系统为指导原则的延续护理干预,可有效改善患者的治疗依从性,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of continuing care guided by the Omaha system on treatment compliance and quality of life of discharged patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods Selected 96 patients with hepatic cirrhosis and gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,each with 48 cases.The control group was given routine care On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given continuous care guided by the Omaha system.The Frank Compliance Scale(FCS)and Quality of Life Questionnaire(GQOLI)were used to evaluate the treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results Before nursing,the FCS scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),after nursing,the FCS scores and quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group All higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention with Omaha system as the guiding principle for patients with liver cirrhosis can effectively improve the patient′s treatment compliance and improve the patient′s quality of life.
