揿针联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗焦虑症伴睡眠障碍的效果及对睡眠质量、焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of thumb-tag needle combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of anxiety neurosis complicated with sleep disorder and the impact on sleep quality and anxiety

目的:研究揿针联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗焦虑症伴睡眠障碍的临床效果及对睡眠质量、焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选取2021年4月~2022年3月于我院针灸、精神心理科及妇科收治的焦虑症伴睡眠障碍患者120例,按简单随机数字法分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例;对照组采用口服草酸艾司西酞普兰的治疗方法,治疗组采用揿针联合草酸艾司西酞普兰的治疗方法;比较两组HAMA评分、SAS评分、PSQI评分、多导图睡眠参数及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后HAMA评分及SAS评分低于治疗前,且治疗组患者HAMA评分及SAS评分低于对照组;两组患者治疗后PSQI评分明显低于治疗前,治疗组PSQI评分较对照组低;两组患者治疗后REM潜伏期、夜间睡醒次数、睡眠潜伏期、及总睡眠时长较治疗前明显延长,且两组睡眠效率较治疗前提高,治疗组明显高于对照组;治疗组患者总有效率为96.67%,对照组的总有效率为83.33%,治疗组患者总有效率明显高于对照组;两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应,均顺利完成治疗疗程。结论:揿针联合草酸艾司西酞普兰可有效提高患者的睡眠质量,改善其焦虑的情绪,治疗焦虑症伴睡眠障碍的疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of thumb-tag needle combined with escitalopram oxalate in the treatment of anxiety neurosis complicated with sleep disorder,and the impact on sleep quality and anxiety.Methods A total of 120 patients with anxiety neurosis and sleep disorder who were admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into control group and treatment group by simple random number method,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral escitalopram oxalate,while patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with escitalopram oxalate.The HAMA score,SAS score,PSQI score,polysomnogram parameters and clinical effect were compared between the groups.Results After treatment,the HAMA scores,SAS scores and PSQI scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and the treatment group had lower scores than the control group.After treatment,REM sleep latency,wake-up frequency at night,sleep latency,and the total sleep time of the two groups significantly increased,and sleep efficiency of the two groups was improved.The above-mentioned indicators in the treatment group were significantly longer than those in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (83.33%).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during treatment,and all patients successfully completed the treatment.Conclusion Thumb-tag needle combined with escitalopram oxalate can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with anxiety neurosis and sleep disorder,and relieve their anxiety,with significant effect.
