胃癌根治手术联合脾脏切除治疗T4期胃癌的效果观察

Effect of radical gastrectomy combined with splenectomy in the treatment of stage T4 gastric carcinoma

目的 评价胃癌根治手术联合脾脏切除治疗T4期胃癌的临床效果。方法 对收治的32例T4期胃癌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中采用胃癌根治手术治疗的16例患者作为对照组,同期进行胃癌根治联合脾脏切除术治疗的16例T4期胃癌患者作为观察组,比较2组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后免疫功能指标。结果 治疗后2组患者的免疫功能各项指标均得到改善,观察组指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗显效率为87.50%,对照组显效率为50.00%,观察组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 T4期胃癌患者应用胃癌根治联合脾脏切除术治疗临床效果好,能有效改善患者免疫功能,预后较好,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of radical gastrectomy combined with splenectomy in the treatment of T4 gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with T4 stage gastric cancer were collected retrospectively.Among them, 16 patients with T4 stage gastric cancer treated by radical gastrectomy were used as the control group and 16 cases of T4 gastric cancer treated by radical gastrectomy combined with splenectomy were collected at the same period and used as the observation group.The clinical treatment effect and the indexes of immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, all the indexes of the immune function in the two groups was improved, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radical gastrectomy combined with splenectomy for patients with T4 gastric cancer has a good clinical effect, it can effectively improve the immune function of patients, and has a high degree of patient satisfaction and a good prognosis.Therefore, it is worthy of clinical practice.
