摘要
以用户需求为设计主线,在充分考虑牵引系统全生命周期成本的前提下,设计了一套安全可靠、小型轻量、经济节能的适用于时速80公里等级A/B两种车型的标准地铁列车永磁牵引系统平台。分别从系统设计、电气化设计、结构化设计3个方面对系统进行了阐述。仿真结果表明,该牵引系统平台能够很好地满足各项设计指标要求,对降低产品全生命周期成本,推动城市轨道交通全产业链的健康、快速发展具有重要意义。
Taking the needs of users as the main design line, we designed a set of permanent magnet traction system platform for 80 km/h type A/B standard metro trains which are safe,reliable,small,lightweight,economical and energy-saving under the premise of fully considering the full life cycle cost of traction system. The paper elaborates the system from three aspects of system design,electrification design and structural design. The simulation results show that the traction system platform can meet the requirements of various design indicators,which is of great significance for reducing the cost of the whole life cycle of products and promoting the healthy and rapid development of the entire industrial chain of urban rail transit.
