HXD2型电力机车司机制动阀全寿命周期可靠性研究与应用

摘要 根据全寿命周期可靠性研究理论,对HX2型电力机车制动系统关键部件司机制动阀进行可靠性分析,掌握司机制动阀的薄弱环节和可靠性变化趋势,并结合预测的可靠度进行预防维修,为解决机车制动系统部件维修中存在的问题奠定了实践基础,同时也为完善机车制动部件修程修制提供理论依据。 According to life-cycle reliability research theory,the reliability of the driver’ s brake valve,a key component of the HX2 electric locomotive brake system,is analyzed to grasp the vulnerable spots and reliability trends of the driver’s brake valve and carry out preventive maintenance based on the predicted reliability,which lays a practical foundation for solving the problems existing in the maintenance of locomotive brake system components,and also provides a theoretical basis for improving the repair system of locomotive brake components.
