摘要
目的 探讨微创撬拔复位空心钉内固定在跟骨骨折中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年6月-2021年5月新泰市人民医院收治的62例跟骨骨折患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,各31例。对照组行常规切开复位内固定术,研究组行微创撬拔复位空心钉内固定术。比较两组手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间、踝与后足功能治疗的优良率,以及术后并发症情况。结果 研究组手术时间(43.54±5.12)min、术中失血量(20.65±3.03)mL、住院时间(6.15±1.52)d均较对照组(74.68±6.03)min、(90.52±8.04)mL、(12.12±2.03)d低,差异有统计学意义(t=21.918、45.277、13.107,P<0.05)。研究组踝与后足治疗的优良率(93.55%)较对照组(70.97%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症(3.23%)较对照组(25.81%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05)。结论 跟骨骨折患者应用微创撬拔复位空心钉内固定治疗能够取得满意的效果与安全性,适于临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of minimally invasive pry and reposition hollow nail inter⁃nal fixation in heel fractures.Methods Sixty-two patients with heel fractures admitted to Xintai People's Hospital from June 2018 to May 2021 were selected for the study,and were divided into two groups with 31 cases each by ran⁃dom number table method.The control group underwent conventional incision and internal fixation,and the study group underwent minimally invasive prying and repositioning hollow nail internal fixation.The operative time,intraop⁃erative blood loss,hospital stay,excellent rate of ankle and hindfoot function treatment,and postoperative complica⁃tions were compared between the two groups.Results The operative time(43.54±5.12)min,intraoperative blood loss(20.65±3.03)mL,and hospital stay(6.15±1.52)d were lower in the study group than in the control group(74.68±6.03)min,(90.52±8.04)mL,and(12.12±2.03)d.The differences were statistically significant(t=21.918,45.277,13.107,P<0.05).The excellent rate of ankle and hindfoot treatment was higher in the study group(93.55%)than in the control group(70.97%),with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05).Postoperative compli⁃cations were lower in the study group(3.23%)compared with the control group(25.81%),and the difference was statis⁃tically significant(χ^(2)=4.679,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive prying and repositioning hollow nail internal fixation in patients with heel fractures can achieve satisfactory results and safety,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
