Analysis of Research Progress Based on Abnormal Lipid Metabolism Dur⁃ing Pregnancy

随着妊娠周期的增长,血脂水平会出现变化,以满足妊娠期的需要。但若出现脂质代谢异常,则可能会伴随妊娠期并发症,包括妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病等,进而增加不良妊娠结局的风险,损害母婴健康。本文则阐述妊娠期脂代谢异常与妊娠期相关疾病的关系,为控制不良母婴结局提供参考。

With the growth of pregnancy cycle,blood lipid levels will change to meet the needs of pregnancy.However,if there is abnormal lipid metabolism,it may be accompanied by complications during pregnancy.Including intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,and gestational diabetes mellitus.This in turn increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes and damages the health of mothers and babies.This article expounds the relationship between abnormal lipid metabolism during pregnancy and pregnancy-related diseases,and provides a reference for the control of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
