中压废锅制造技术

Trial Production of Medium Pressure Waste Heat Boiler

摘要 本文介绍的中压废锅是高温中压换热器,接受最高达427℃合成气,对其进行换热降温处理。由于是高温运行设备,合成气对高温端管箱、换热管的热腐蚀影响较大,所采用的板材、锻件、换热管都需有很好的耐高温冲击及耐应力腐蚀等苛刻的运行条件。另外,设备运行中,热胀冷缩对设备本身结构安全造成很大影响,所以设备结构相对复杂,高温端箱体为固定结构,低温端管箱与设备壳体采用膨胀节和滑动伸缩结构,设备的换热管分别由Alloy690和S32168材料两段拼接为整支换热管,由于设备用12Cr2Mo1材料的应力腐蚀倾向比较大,制造过程中对焊接、热处理工艺要求很高。 The medium pressure waste heat boiler introduced in this paper is a high temperature and medium pressure heat exchanger,which receives syngas up to 427℃and carries out heat exchange and cooling treatment.Due to high-temperature operation,the medium has a great impact on the thermal corrosion of high-temperature end pipe box and heat exchange pipe.The plates,forgings and heat exchange pipes used need to have good high-temperature impact resistance,stress corrosion resistance and other harsh operating conditions.During the operation of the equipment,the thermal expansion and cold contraction have a great impact on the structural safety of the equipment itself,so the equipment structure is relatively complex.The high-temperature end box is a fixed structure,and the low-temperature end pipe box and the equipment shell adopt expansion joint and sliding expansion structure.The heat exchange tube of the equipment is spliced into the whole heat exchange tube by two sections of alloy690 and s32168 materials respectively.As the stress corrosion tendency of 12cr2mo1 material used for equipment is relatively large,the requirements for welding and heat treatment process are very high in the manufacturing process.
