摘要
工业纯钛的强度低,但比强度高,塑性好,低温韧性好,耐蚀性很高。具有良好的压力加工工艺性能,切削性能较差。在氮气中加热可发生燃烧,因此在加热和焊接时应采用氩气保护。本文通过对工业纯钛B265 Gr1进行焊接性分析,制定了焊接工艺方案和焊接工艺评定,设计了合理的保护装置,总结出工业纯钛焊接方法及相应的工艺参数,并通过目视检测、无损检测、理化检验等方法验证了其可靠性。
Industrial pure titanium has low strength,high specific strength,good plasticity,low temperature toughness and high corrosion resistance.It has good pressure machining performance and poor cutting performance.Combustion can occur when heated in nitrogen,so argon should be used for heating and welding.In this paper,the weldability of industrial pure titanium B265 Gr1 was analyzed,the welding process scheme and welding process evaluation were developed,reasonable protection devices were designed,the welding method and corresponding process parameters of industrial pure titanium were summarized,and its reliability was verified by visual inspection,non-destructive testing,physical and chemical inspection and other methods.
