立式三级旋风分离器单管的安装质量控制与实践

摘要 三旋作为催化烟气能量回收系统的重要和关键设备,在减少大气污染和能量回收部分起到越来越重要的作用,特别是排放指标和粉尘浓度、粒级效率,都受到关键的作用。三旋的制造质量关键环节在于分离单元,分离单元的重点在于单管的制造和安装。本文讨论的是立管三旋单管的安装的质量要求,和质量控制以及采取的措施,如何满足设计和技术条件的严格要求,我们在工厂实践中采取了特殊的控制手段和专用工艺装备,达到指标和使用要求,提高和保证了产品的安装精度。 As an important and key equipment of catalytic flue gas energy recovery system,trispin plays an increasingly important role in reducing air pollution and energy recovery part,especially the emission index,dust concentration,particle level efficiency,are playing a key role.The key link of the manufacturing quality of three-spin is the separation unit,and the separation unit focuses on the manufacturing and installation of a single tube.This paper discusses the quality requirements of riser three-spin single tube installation,and quality control and measures taken,how to meet the strict requirements of design and technical conditions,we have adopted a special control means and special process equipment in the factory practice,to meet the indicators and use requirements,improve and ensure the installation accuracy of the product.
