临床糖尿病诊断中血液生化检验的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of blood biochemical test in clinical diabetes diagnosis

目的探讨临床糖尿病诊断中血液生化检验的应用价值.方法选取2018年4月-2019年10月疑似糖尿病患者127例,对患者实施常规检验与血液生化检验,观察两种检验方式的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值,并记录糖尿病患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平.结果生化检验敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于常规检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白明显高于非糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论糖尿病诊断中血液生化检验具有较高敏感性、特异性,准确性较高,临床应用价值高.

Objective To explore the application value of blood biochemical test in the diagnosis of clinical diabetes.Methods A total of 127 patients with suspected diabetes were selected from April 2018 to October 2019.Routine tests and blood biochemical tests were performed on the patients.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the two tests were observed,and fasting blod glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the diabetic patients were recorded.Results Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of biochemical test were all higher than those of conventional test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in non-diabetic patients,and the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood biochemical test has high sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and clinical value in the diagnosis of diabetes.
