水稻结实率相关基因研究进展

Advances in Research on Genes Related to Seed Setting Rate in Rice

摘要 结实率受遗传和环境共同影响,是水稻产量构成因子中的最不稳定的因素,对水稻产量起着至关重要的作用。尽管目前已经克隆了许多水稻结实率相关基因,但直接影响水稻结实率且能够真正在水稻生产上应用的还非常少。从转录因子、酶及蛋白途径、细胞分裂周期相关进程和微小RNA等方面对已克隆的水稻结实率相关基因进行了总结,并对这些基因从源、库、流方面影响水稻结实率进行了分析,以期为水稻结实率的研究提供参考。 Seed setting rate, which is affected by both genetic and environmental factors, is the most unstable factor among the components of rice yield, and plays a crucial role in rice yield. Although many genes related to rice seed setting rate have been cloned, few genes directly affect rice seed setting rate and can be really applied in rice production.The cloned genes related to rice seed setting rate were summarized from the aspects of transcription factors, enzyme and protein pathways, cell division cycle related processes and micro RNA, and the effects of these genes on rice seed setting rate from the aspects of source, sink and flow were analyzed, in order to provide reference for the study of rice seed setting rate.
