摘要
磁阻式旋转变压器具有可靠性高、寿命长、抗干扰性强等优点,广泛应用于电动摩托车的电机控制系统中。本文在深入分析磁阻式旋转变压器的基本结构和工作原理的基础上,结合电动摩托车的应用需求,设计了一款14/4级结构的旋转变压器。首先,分析计算了磁阻式旋转变压器的定转子结构参数及绕组分布,接着采用Ansoft软件对设计的旋变进行仿真分析,初步验证了设计方案的有效性,最后加工实验样机,通过实验进一步对设计方案进行验证。结果表明,新设计的磁阻式旋转变压器输出的正余弦波形满足要求,能够准确测量转子的位置信息。
Reluctance resolver has the advantages of high reliability,durable and strong anti-interference,which is widely used in the motor control system of electric motorcycle.In this paper,based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the reluctance resolver,combined with the application requirements of the electric motorcycle,a l4/4 stage structure of the resolver is designed.Firstly,the stator and rotor structure parameters and winding distribution of the reluctance resolver are calculated.Then through the simulate calculation by Ansoft,the effectiveness of the design scheme is preliminarily verified.Finally,the experimental prototype is manufactured and the design scheme is further verified through experiments.The results show that the output sine and cosine waveforms of the newly designed reluctance resolver meet the requirements and can accurately measure the rotor position information.
