The Construction of Intellectual Property Service Ecosystem——Based onthe Perspective of Service Ecosystem

[目的/意义]针对当前知识产权服务业发展的形势与问题,提供一种知识产权服务生态系统构建的基本路径。[方法/过程]引入服务生态系统理论,归纳该理论的基本命题作为分析视角,结合知识产权服务的特殊性质分析当前知识产权服务行业实践中面临的困境及其根源;在此基础上,从目标、互动结构、影响因素3个基本范畴讨论知识产权服务生态系统应当如何构建。[结果/结论]知识产权服务生态系统应当以价值共创与服务创新为目标,以3个层面的服务交换和资源整合为互动结构,重视发挥制度和技术的作用,由核心参与者通过服务交换和资源整合形成多主体松散耦合的自我调节系统。

[Purpose/Significance]In light of the current situation and matters in the development of intellectual property service industry,this paper provides a basic path for the construction of intellectual property service ecosystem.[Method/Process]This paper introduced the service ecosystem theory,and summarized the basic propositions of the theory as an analytical framework.Based on the special nature of intellectual property services,this paper analyzed the dilemma and its root cause in the current practice of intellectual property service industry.On this basis,the paper discussed how to construct the ecosystem of intellectual property services from three basic categories:objective,interactive structure and influencing factors.[Result/Conclusion]The intellectual property service ecosystem should be constructed with the goal of value co-creation and service innovation,and the interaction structure of service exchange and resource integration at three levels,attach importance to the role of institutions and technologies,and form a self-regulating system loosely coupled with multiple agents by core participants through service exchange and resource integration.
