虚拟校园在大学校园文化建设中的作用研究——以“水木非凡境”应用为例

在信息技术推动和全球疫情的影响下,高等教育进入全新时代,虚拟校园应用如雨后春笋般进入快速发展期。本文调研了国内外高校虚拟校园的应用情况,将现有的虚拟校园模式归纳为浏览模式、服务—管理模式、游戏模式三类,并结合2021年上线的清华大学“水木非凡境”应用,对各种虚拟校园模式的利弊进行了对比剖析。通过对“水木非凡境”应用的基本特征和应用效果进行总结、梳理,提炼和归纳出在后疫情时代大学虚拟校园建设的若干经验,包括注重调研分析、创新开发机制、关注功能设计等,同时提出要把握元宇宙、Web3.0等概念趋势,在新时期下注重将科技创新与文化建设相融合,将虚拟校园与现实校园相结合,充分发挥虚拟校园在促进中国特色世界一流大学校园文化建设过程中的积极作用。

With the promotion of information technology and the impact of the global epidemic,higher education has entered a new era,and the application of virtual campus has mushroomed into a period of rapid development.This paper investigates the application of virtual campus in colleges and universities all over the world,and classifies the existing virtual campus mode into three types:browsing mode,servicemanagement mode and game mode.Combined with the Tsinghua University“Shuimu Fantastic VCampus ”software,which has been launched in 2021,the advantages and disadvantages of various virtual campus modes are compared and analyzed.By summarizing and sorting out the basic features and application effects of Shuimu Fantastic VCampus,several experiences of university virtual campus construction in the post-epidemic era are extracted and summarized,including focusing on research and analysis,innovative development mechanism and functional design,etc.Meanwhile,it is proposed to grasp the conceptual trends of metaverse and Web3.0.In the new era,we should pay attention to the integration of scientific and technological innovation and cultural construction,and combine the virtual campus with the real campus.Give full play to the active role of virtual campus in promoting the construction of campus culture of world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.
