国产与进口大提琴琴弦的检测和分析

Inspection and Analysis of Domestic and Imported Cello Strings

大提琴琴弦的品质直接影响其演奏效果。对一组国产和进口的大提琴琴弦进行了检测和分析。结果表明:(1)国产琴弦与进口琴弦均为多层结构,但国产琴弦较松散;(2)国产琴弦外圈为镍-铬合金,进口琴弦外圈为镍基合金;(3)国产C弦内圈材料为镍黄铜和铝合金,进口C弦内圈材料为钨基合金;(4)国产和进口琴弦心部均为钢丝,组织均为纤维状索氏体;(5)国产琴弦的破断力和心部钢丝的显微硬度略高于进口琴弦。国产大提琴琴弦在结构、制作工艺和材料等方面均与进口大提琴琴弦有一定差异,对大提琴的音色、触感及演奏效果会有一定的影响。

The quality of cello string will have direct influence on its performance effect. A set of domestic and imported cello strings was detected and analyzed. The results indicated that(a)both the domestic and imported strings were multi-layer structure, but the former was more discrete;(b)the outer ring was made from nickel-chromium alloy for the domestic string, and from nickel-base alloy for the imported string;(c)the inner ring was made from nickel brass for the domestic C string, and from tungsten-base alloy for the imported C string;(d) the core of domestic and imported strings was steel wire, and its microstructure consisted of filamentous sorbite;and(e)the rupture strength and the micro-hardness of core wire were slightly higher for the domestic string than for the imported string. The domestic cello string differed from the imported cello string in structure, manufacturing process and material to a degree, which will have a certain influence on timbre, touch and performance effect of the cello.
