摘要
X射线数字成像检测(DR)是一种新兴的数字射线检测技术,借助平板探测器和数字图像处理技术,获得的数字图像对比度和灵敏度均高于X射线照相底片,该技术的效率、成本优势十分凸出。在承压设备无损检测中,随着检验规程与检测标准不断完善,DR应用范围也进一步扩大,但仍不是主流检测技术。从数字射线检测相关标准的制定情况及DR应用案例介绍DR检测技术的重要性,分析了承压特种设备DR检测的优越性与局限性。
X-ray digital imaging inspection(DR)was an emerging digital radiographic inspection technology.With the help of flat panel detector and digital image processing technology,the contrast and sensitivity of digital images obtained were higher than those of X-ray photographic film.The efficiency and cost advantages of this technology were prominent.In the non-destructive testing of pressure equipment,with the continuous improvement of inspection procedures and testing standards,the application scope of DR had been further expanded,but it was still not a mainstream testing technology.The importance of DR testing technology was introduced from the formulation of relevant standards for digital radiography and DR application cases,and the advantages and limitations of DR testing for pressure-bearing special equipment were analyzed.
