基于脉冲涡流的压力管道保温层下腐蚀检测新工艺 被引量:2

New Technology for Corrosion Detection under Insulation Layer of Pressure Pipeline based on Pulsed Eddy Current

摘要 压力管道保温层下腐蚀存在缺陷检出率不高和检测效率低等问题。现有的检测工艺需在停车后对管道进行抽检,成本较大,且容易漏检。简要探讨了现有检测工艺的局限性,介绍了以脉冲涡流为代表的保温层下腐蚀检测新技术的原理及优点,形成了一套检测新工艺,为带保温层管道的在线检测提出了新的解决方案。 There were phenomena such as low defect detection rate and low detection efficiency in corrosion under the insulation layer of pressure pipelines.The existing detection process requires sampling inspection of the pipeline after stopping,which was costly and easy to miss.The limitations of the existing detection technology were briefly discussed.The principle and advantages of the new technology of corrosion detection under the insulation layer represented by pulsed eddy current were introduced.A new set of detection technology was formed,which provided a new solution for the online detection of pipelines with insulation layer.
