智慧法院正处于快速发展的重要阶段,电子卷宗是实现全流程无纸化、智能化办案的基础,是建设智慧法院的重中之重,全国各级法院高度重视电子卷宗随案同步生成和深度应用工作。随着OCR、自然语言处理等相关技术的发展,电子卷宗的应用效果越来越好,正逐渐取代纸质卷宗。文中面向电子卷宗在法院信息化领域的生成与应用,对电子卷宗的概念内涵及发展现状进行了概述,并重点阐述了电子卷宗系统的总体架构、关键技术和应用场景,为后续智慧法院电子卷宗的发展提出了新思路。

The intellectual court currently in an important phase of rapid development. The electronic dossier is the basis of realizing whole process paperless and intelligent cases handling, it is the top priority in the construction of intellectual court. Chinese courts at all levels attach great importance to the synchronous generation and in-depth application of electronic dossier. Along with the development of related technologies such as OCR and natural language processing, the application effect of electronic dossier is getting better and better, and it is gradually replacing paper dossier nowadays. This article focuses on the generation and application of electronic dossier in the field of court informationization, summarizes the conceptual connotation and development status of electronic dossier, and put emphasis on the general framework, key technologies and application scenes, provide new ideas for follow-up development of intellectual court electronic dossier.
