摘要
对风洞系统进行研究并自制简易风洞控制系统。该系统以STM32F103ZET6单片机为主控制器,通过激光测距模块测量小球的实时位置信息;并将经卡尔曼滤波处理后的稳定位置信息作为PI控制器的输入;PI控制器进而通过改变PWM实现对双滚珠轴承风机转速的调校,使小球稳定运动;串口屏实现人机交互。经实验证明,该系统能稳定控制小球,具有一定实际应用参考价值。
This paper studies the wind tunnel system and makes a simple wind tunnel. The system takes STM32F103ZET6 as the main controller. The real-time position of the ball measured by the laser ranging module then processed by Kalman filter is used as the input of PI controller. For stabling the motion of the small ball, the PI controller adjusts the speed of the double ball bearing fan by changing the output of PWM. The serial port screen achieves HMI. Experiments show that the system can stably control the ball and has a certain practical application reference value.
