摘要
为缩短研发周期,提升新型制动系统性能和可靠性,基于电子机械制动系统的测试需求,系统性开发设计了综合试验平台。该平台由静态试验平台和动态试验平台组成,通过控制主机、上位机监控软件、信号采集、执行等装置,实现指令发送、过程数据监控、执行结果反馈等功能,完成电子机械制动系统闭环测试。
In order to shorten the research and development cycle and improve the performance and reliability of the new braking system, this paper systematically develops and designs a comprehensive test platform based on the test re-quirements of the EMB.The comprehensive test platform is composed of a static test platform and a dynamic test platform.By controlling the host computer, monitoring software of the upper computer, signal acquisition, execution and other de-vices, it realizes the functions of instruction sending, process data monitoring, execution result feedback and so on, and completes the closed-loop test of the EMB.
