摘要 金属材料尾矿库中含有大量的选矿浮选加药工艺产生的化学药剂与重金属离子废水,为了防止其渗漏或者排泄对周边农田与下游造成严重的生态污染,提出设计与开发基于HMI与PLC的金属材料尾矿库化学污染监控系统。首先介绍了监控系统的层次化的集散架构,其包含传感器层、PLC测量层、HMI监控层等三层,并讨论了每一层的详细功能;重点论述了监控系统PLC与HMI的软件设计内容;最后给出化学污染监控系统开发与实现案例。实验测试表明该系统测量精度高、预警性强,具有较高的推广应用价值。 In order to prevent metal tailings pond leakage or discharge from causing serious ecological pollution to the surrounding farmland and downstream, this paper proposes a design and development based on HMI and PLC’s metal material tailings pond chemical pollution monitoring system. Firstly, the hierarchical distributed architecture of the monitoring system is introduced, which includes three layers: sensor layer, PLC measurement layer, and HMI monitoring layer, and then the detailed functions of each layer are discussed. The content of software design of PLC and HMI of monitoring system is mainly discussed. Finally, the development and implementation case of chemical pollution monitoring system is given.The experimental test shows that the system has high measurement accuracy and strong early warning, and has good application value.
