燃煤锅炉脱硫除雾器冲洗节能控制设计与应用

摘要 对基于西门子TXP DCS(Teleperm-XP集散控制系统)的630 MW亚临界燃煤锅炉脱硫吸收塔除雾器冲洗顺控的组态及节能控制进行了探索。主要针对发电机组绿改后脱硫吸收塔除雾器冲洗顺控逻辑进行梳理和再设计,将控制要求转化为框图,充分结合节能的理念,在西门子TXP DCS系统中各个功能的组态调试,并对系统投运后顺控子组启停可靠性、系统与设备运行可靠性、烟气达标排放以及投运前后的节能效果进行分析,结果表明系统稳定、节能效果明显。 This paper introduces the sequential control rinsing configuration of 630MW subcritical boiler FGD SYS mist eliminator based on Siemens TXP DCS(Teleperm-XP Distributed Control System)and explores the energy-saving control. In addition, it sorts out and redesigns the logic of FGD absorber demister sequential control rinsing after Green transformation of power plant of thermal power unit, which turns control requirements to block diagram, configs and adjusts each function in the system of Siemens TXP DCS which fully integrates energy-saving concepts. Finally, this paper analyzes stop-start reliability, system and equipment operation reliability, standard emission of flue gas and energy-saving effect of before and after operation after the system is put into operation, which turns out to be a stable system and an effective energy-saving result.
