摘要
探讨了钢铁企业如何使用三维可视化技术应用于生产线智能化生产,如何将物理工厂中的实体模型及业务模型逐层逐级转化为虚拟工厂的信息模型,并建立每一层维度上虚拟工厂与物理工厂之间低延时、高保真的虚拟镜像。在此基础上实现钢铁工厂制造流程生产、质量、设备、能环等信息的横向、纵向集成,以提高工厂各管控岗位的协同管理效率和上下游工序的协同作业效率,实现各业务职能的便捷化沟通和高效化协作。
This paper discusses how to apply 3D visualization technology to intelligent production line in steel enterprises, how to transform physical model and business model in physical factory into information model of virtual factory step by step, and establish virtual image of low delay and high fidelity between virtual factory and physical factory on each dimension. On this basis, the horizontal and vertical integration of production, quality, equipment, energy environment and other information in the manufacturing process of iron and steel factory can be realized, so as to improve the collaborative management efficiency of all control positions in the factory and the collaborative operation efficiency of upstream and downstream processes, and realize convenient communication and efficient collaboration of all business functions.
