摘要 介绍了应用在铸铁件上的3D打印仿生镂空砂型设计,对比研究了仿叶脉镂空砂型、仿蜂窝夹层镂空砂型以及仿竹子镂空砂型这3种设计方案的减重率,减重效果由大到小依次为仿叶脉>仿蜂窝>仿竹子,其中,仿叶脉镂空砂型的减重效果最好,高达47.6%。最后指出:镂空砂型的设计研究颠覆了传统的砂型设计,利用3D打印的优势,结合仿生结构设计,实现了砂型的轻量化,大幅度减少了树脂砂用量。 The 3D printing bionic hollow sand mold design used for iron castings was introduced.The weight loss rates of 3 design schemes were compared and investigated,including imitation of leaf vein hollow-out sand mold,imitation of honeycomb sandwich hollow-out sand mold and imitation of bamboo hollow-out sand mold.The weight reduction effect from large to small was:imitation vein>imitation honeycomb>imitation bamboo,among which,the weight reduction effect of imitation vein hollow sand mold was the best,up to 47.6%.Finally pointed out,the design and research of hollow-out sand mold subverted the traditional sand mold design,and by using advantages of 3D-printing,combining with bionic structure design,realized sand mold weight lighting,greatly reduced resin sand using amount.
