基于煤化学-量子化学交叉学科研究生培养探究

摘要 学科交叉融合是当前科技发展的重大特征,是培养创新型人才的有效路径。不同学科间的交叉融合,可以填补独立学科间边缘地带的知识空白,极大地促进专业的创新和发展,进而提升人才培养的质量。根据安全工程专业煤化学领域的研究生培养现状,探究和分析了煤化学与量子化学交叉学科培养中存在的问题,针对性地提出了规范交叉学科研究生培养管理体制、成立交叉学科导师组、加强交叉学科师资队伍建设、建立交叉学科研究生科研创作和交流创新平台等措施,力求研究生在煤化学与量子化学交叉学科领域中取得思维方法和科研创作能力的新突破。 Interdisciplinary integration is a major feature of current scientific and technological devel⁃opment and an effective path for cultivating innovative talents.The cross-integration of different disciplines can fill the knowledge gaps in the marginal areas between independent disciplines,greatly promote the in⁃novation and development of the profession,and then improve the quality of talent training.According to the current situation of postgraduate training in the field of coal chemistry majoring in safety engineering,the problems existing in the interdisciplinary cultivation of coal chemistry and quantum chemistry are ex⁃plored and analyzed,and the management system of standardized interdisciplinary postgraduate training,the establishment of interdisciplinary tutor groups,and the strengthening of interdisciplinary training are put forward in a targeted manner.Measures such as the construction of subject faculty and the establish⁃ment of interdisciplinary postgraduate scientific research creation and exchange and innovation platforms,strive to achieve new breakthroughs in thinking methods and scientific research and creation capabilities for postgraduates in the interdisciplinary field of coal chemistry and quantum chemistry.
