摘要
针对某露天建材矿山周边环境复杂、用地紧张等问题,通过对矿山地形及运输条件、采矿工艺、破碎加工工艺等进行分析,基于生产工艺合理选用、剥离物综合利用、内部排土场合理设置、破碎加工厂分区布置,减少矿山占地面积,从而优化总平面布置。该方案征地面积减少,便于原矿和产品运输,节约矿山成本,对类似矿山总图设计具有重要的参考价值。
Aiming at the problems of complex surrounding environment and land shortage in an openpit building materials mine,through the analysis of mine topography and transportation conditions,mining technology,crushing processing technology,etc.,based on the rational selection of production technolo⁃gy,comprehensive utilization of stripped materials,reasonable setting of internal dump,and partition lay⁃out of crushing processing plant,the area occupied by the mine is reduced,so as to optimize the general layout.The scheme reduces the land requisition area,facilitates the transportation of raw ore and products,and saves the mine cost,which has important reference value for similar mine general layout design.
