半水硫酸钙晶须的制备研究进展

摘要 半水硫酸钙晶须是一种潜在应用领域广泛、性能优良的改性增强材料,但其质量和产率问题制约了半水硫酸钙晶须的大范围使用。为推动该问题的解决,在简单总结了半水硫酸钙晶须制备方法的基础上,着重介绍了水热合成法、常压盐溶液法、有机试剂法以及微波加热法的研究进展,比较了不同制备方法的优缺点,详细阐述了半水硫酸钙晶须的生长机制,包括半水硫酸钙晶须的成核机制和添加剂对半水硫酸钙晶须生长的调控机制,同时介绍了半水硫酸钙晶须的水化过程,对今后半水硫酸钙晶须制备研究、工业生产及应用有一定的指导意义。 Hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers is a kind of modified reinforcement material with wide potential application and excellent performance.However,the quality and yield of hemihydrate calci⁃um sulfate whiskers are limited to a wide range of applications.In order to promote the solution of the prob⁃lem,based on a brief summary of the preparation methods of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers,the re⁃search progress of hydrothermal synthesis method,atmospheric salt solution method,organic reagent meth⁃od and microwave heating method were emphatically introduced.And the advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were compared.The growth mechanism of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whis⁃kers was elaborated,including the nucleation mechanism of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers and reg⁃ulatory mechanism of additive to hemihydrate calcium sulfate whisker.Meanwhile,the hydration process of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers was introduced,which is of certain guiding significance for the prepa⁃ration research,industrial production and application of hemihydrate calcium sulfate whiskers.
