摘要
针对云南某铜矿石,为给合理的选冶工艺制定提供依据,进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,矿石含铜0.45%,硫化铜占55.56%,结合氧化铜占36.44%;主要铜矿物为黄铜矿、辉铜矿、砷钙铜矿,主要脉石矿物为石英、方解石、电气石和云母等;矿石的结构构造复杂,由多种结构构造类型构成;铜矿物嵌布粒度细、共生关系复杂、矿物含量少,不利有用矿物的单体解离,有效分选难度大。因此,建议采用选冶联合方案回收矿石中的铜矿物,即先通过浮选回收部分硫化铜矿物,再选择酸浸回收氧化铜矿物。
For a copper ore in Yunnan,a systematic process mineralogy study was carried out in or⁃der to provide a basis for the formulation of reasonable beneficiation and smelting process.The results showed that,the ores contains copper of 0.45%,copper sulfide of 55.56%and bonded copper oxide of 36.44%.The main copper minerals are chalcopyrite,chalcocite,arsenic-calcium copper,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,calcite,tourmaline and mica.The structures and textures of the ores are com⁃plex and composed of many structural types.The copper minerals are characterized by fine disseminated grain size,complex symbiosis and low minerals content,which are unfavorable for monomer dissociation of useful minerals and extremely difficult for effective separation.Therefore,it is suggested to recover copper minerals in the ores by means of a combination of beneficiation and metallurgy,that is,to recover part of copper sulfide minerals by flotation,and then to recover copper oxide minerals by acid leaching.
