龙桥选矿厂生产回水工艺改造实践

摘要 龙桥矿业公司选矿厂磁选尾矿进入浮选前的浓缩作业(亦称中矿浓缩)溢流水跑浑严重。为解决该问题,在工业试验论证的基础上,提出了将浑浊的溢流水引至闲置的ϕ53 m浓缩池,并添加絮凝剂使ϕ53 m浓缩池的溢流水澄清,底流进行压滤,实现了企业生产尾矿零排放的目标,为后期尾矿库闭库创造了条件,保障了企业的可持续发展;回水水质的极大改善、用量的显著增加,大大减少了三级泵的运行时间,年降低用水成本300万元;高位水池的体积利用率大大提高,清淤人力、财力消耗实现了归零;选矿厂工作环境卫生状况也得到了显著改善。 The overflow water from the concentration operation(also known as middling concentra⁃tion)of magnetic separation tailings before flotation in the concentrator of Longqiao Mining Company Con⁃centrator runs muddy seriously.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of industrial test demonstra⁃tion,it is proposed to lead the turbid overflow water to the idleϕ53 m thickener and flocculant was added to make the overflow water of theϕ53 m thickener clarified.Meanwhile,the underflow is filtered by pres⁃sure,realizing the goal of zero discharge of the enterprise's production tailings,creating conditions for the closure of the tailings reservoir in the later stage and ensuring the sustainable development of the enter⁃prise.The quality of backwater has been greatly improved and the consumption has been significantly in⁃creased,which has greatly reduced the operation time of the three-stage pump and reduced the annual wa⁃ter cost by 3 million yuan.The volume utilization rate of the high-level pool has been greatly improved,and the human and financial consumption of desilting has been reduced to zero.The sanitation of the work⁃ing environment of the concentrator has also been significantly improved.
