摘要
为研究春化基因 Vrn-1对二系杂交小麦亲本抽穗期的作用,利用春化基因 Vrn-1的7个KASP功能标记,对130份二系杂交小麦亲本(34份不育系,96份恢复系)进行检测,分析 Vrn-1等位基因的组成和分布;并以播种至抽穗的日历日和生长度日为指标,研究春化基因 Vrn-1与二系杂交小麦亲本抽穗期的关系。结果表明,供试材料以冬性为主,包含39种春化基因型。其中,1号、3号、4号、5号、7号、9号、10号、13号、18号基因型在不育系和恢复系中都存在,分别占不育系和恢复系的76.48%和46.87%。本研究不育系和恢复系在年度间和基因型间播种至抽穗的生长度日比日历日更稳定。2018-2019和2019-2020两个年度制种亲本组合“3号×4号”的生长度日差值在河南邓州分别为-118.9和-122.0℃·d;亲本间差异达到极显著水平。具有3号和4号基因型的不育系和恢复系可作为抽穗期稳定的制种亲本组合材料。
To investigate the effect of vernalization gene Vrn-1 on heading time of two-line hybrid wheat parents, seven KASP functional markers of Vrn-1 were used to detect the composition and distribution of alleles in 130 two-line hybrid wheat parents(34 sterile lines, 96 restorer lines);And calender days and growth degree-days from sowing to heading were used to evaluate the relationship between Vrn-1allelic variation and the heading time of two-line hybrid wheat parents. The results showed that most of the materials were winter type, which can be divided into 39 different haplotype compositions. Among which, the codes 1,3,4,5,7,9,10,13,18 existed in both male sterile lines and restorer lines, accounting for 76.48% and 46.87%, respectively. The growth degree-days was more stable than calender days from sowing to heading in different grown seasons as well as haplotype compositions. The growth degree-days of combination codes 3×4 was significantly stable in the two grown seasons of 2018-2019 and 2019-2020, which was-118.9 and-122.0 ℃·d in Dengzhou, Henan.The sterile lines and restorer lines carrying codes 3 and 4,respectively, could be used as the wheat germplasm parents with stable heading time.
