基于可拓学与TRIZ理论的老年人医疗床设计

Study on the Design of Medical Bed for the Elderly Based on Extenics and TRIZ Theory

医疗床是辅助残障老人日常生活的一款医用产品。为了完善医疗床设计程序,精准挖掘用户需求,提高产品设计针对性,本文提出了一种基于可拓学与TRIZ理论的医疗床设计方法,首先运用可拓学对kano模型获取的用户需求进行可拓建模,然后根据关联函数计算准则,确定需求相互间存在的矛盾问题,最后运用TRIZ理论中矛盾分类法、39个工程参数、矛盾矩阵、40条发明原理、物场分析法及72个标准解法解决矛盾需求问题,以生成标准解,通过对标准解的设计映射提出三点解决措施:1.以ABS板与钢板等廉价材料作为医疗床设计的替换材料;2.整体采用深蓝色与米黄色作为医疗床的视觉色彩风格;3.对医疗床尾进行斜切操作,以提供相关视讯工具的停放位置。通过对医疗床的设计实践表明,整合可拓学与TRIZ二者理论的优势能够精准满足用户需求并简化设计开发程序,对提高设计效率具有重要意义。

Medical bed is a medical product to assist the disabled elderly in their daily life.Design program,in order to improve the medical bed accurate mining user demand,improve product design pertinence,this paper proposes a medical bed based on the theory of extenics and TRIZ design method,first using the extenics to kano model to obtain the user requirements modeling extension,and then,according to the correlative function criterion to determine demand contradictions between,Finally,the contradiction classification method of TRIZ theory,39 engineering parameters,contradiction matrix,40 invention principles,material field analysis method and 72 standard solution method are used to solve the contradiction demand problem,so as to generate the standard solution.Through the design mapping of the standard solution,three solutions are proposed:1.Cheap materials such as ABS and steel plates were used as replacement materials for the design of medical beds.2.The overall use of dark blue and beige as the visual color style of the medical bed;3.Perform diagonal cutting on the end of the medical bed to provide parking position for relevant video tools.Through the design practice of medical bed,the integration of the advantages of extenics and TRIZ theory can accurately meet the needs of users and simplify the design and development process,which is of great significance to improve the design efficiency.
