摘要
当前国内多数博物馆儿童专区缺乏优质的规划,影响儿童学习体验。为此,本文尝试运用服务设计的理念,在把握服务设计特征和学习体验价值本质的基础上,梳理儿童专区学习体验全过程研究重点。通过案例支撑与服务设计工具参照,从全周期学习黏度维护、全渠道学习广度拓展、全参与学习深度共创构建儿童专区学习体验设计策略。服务设计理念为儿童在博物馆学习的终身性、拓展性、开放性带来了新的启示,有利于为儿童提供优质高效的体验与服务,对于增强博物馆的文化软实力及终身教育等方面具有积极意义。
At present,most domestic museums lack high-quality planning for children section,which affects children's learning experience.To this end,this paper attempts to use the concept of service design,on the basis of grasping the characteristics of service design and the essence of learning experience value,to sort out the research focus of the whole process of learning experience in children section.Through the reference of case support and service design tools,the learning experience design strategy of children section is jointly created from the maintenance of full cycle learning viscosity,the expansion of full channel learning breadth,and the depth of full participation learning.The service design concept has brought new enlightenment to the lifelong,expansionary and open learning of children in museum,which is conducive to providing children with high-quality and efficient experience and services,and has positive significance in enhancing the cultural soft power of museum and lifelong education.
