旨在探索本土餐饮空间设计中情景构建的方法特征及方向,从本土餐饮文化与地方文化的内在关系和逻辑出发,揭示餐饮空间中情景构建的意义,探讨空间情景构建的必要性与多样性,梳理得出本土餐饮空间中情景构建的六种主要类型,即“场景复原型”“舞台布景型”“场景体验型”“人机互动型”“文化交流型”“表演娱乐型”。探索新技术在本土餐饮空间情景构建设计中的应用,为未来本土餐饮空间的情景构建提供新思路和新方向,为本土餐饮品牌提升竞争力提供助力,为地方产业经济的发展赋能。

This paper aims to explore the methodological characteristics and direction of scene construction in local restaurant space design,reveal the significance of scene construction in restaurant space based on the internal relationship and logic between local catering culture and local culture,explore the necessity and diversity of spatial scene construction,and sort out six main types of scene construction in local catering space,namely"scene prototype","stage setting type","scene experience type","man-computer interaction type","cultural exchange type"and"performance entertainment type".It also explores the application of new technology in the scene construction design of local restaurant space,which provides new ideas and directions for the scene construction of local restaurant space in the future,contributes to the competitiveness improvement of local catering brands,as well as empowers the development of local industrial economy.
