论高职院校党建与大学生创新创业工作的融合发展

On the Integrated Development of Party Building and College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges

自党的十九大以来,中国特色社会主义跨入了现代化建设新时期,对人才的定位标准提出了更高的要求。作为育人主阵地,高职院校也因此迎来了新的机遇和挑战,肩负着更为重要的历史使命。党建与创新创业工作的融合发展,是时代发展的必然,也是培育合格社会主义接班人的基础。该文先论述了高职院校党建与大学生创新创业工作融合发展的基础和意义,继而就融合发展的策略进行了探究。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has been in a new era of modernization,which has put forward higher requirements for the standards of talents.As the main position for educating people,higher vocational colleges also usher in new opportunities and challenges,and shoulder a more important historical mission.The integrated development of Party building and innovation and entrepreneurship is an inevitable requirement of the times and is also the basis for cultivating qualified socialist successors.This paper first discusses the basis and significance of the integrated development of Party building and college students’innovation and entrepreneurship,and then explores the corresponding strategies.
