北京地区非内分泌科护士胰岛素注射知信行横断面调查

A cross-sectional study on the status of insulin injection knowledge,belief and practice among non-endocrinology internal medicine nurses in Beijing

目的:了解北京地区非内分泌科护士胰岛素注射相关知识、信念、行为现状。方法:应用自行设计的胰岛素注射知信行调查问卷,对北京地区2128名非内分泌科的内科护士进行调查,并分析其影响因素。结果:胰岛素注射相关知识得分偏低,为12.16±2.72(满分21分);信念得分为17.46±2.63(满分20分);行为得分为84.12±7.28(满分90分),信念、行为得分良好。胰岛素注射知识得分,与性别、年龄、学历、职称、工作年限可能相关,信念得分与职称、工作年限可能相关,注射行为得分与年龄相关,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:北京地区非内分泌科内科护士的胰岛素注射知识水平有待提高,应加强非内分泌内科护士的胰岛素注射培训。

Objective:To understand the status of insulin injection knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of non-endocrinology internal medicine nurses(nEIMN)in Beijing.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire survey on knowledge,attitude and practice of insulin injection was conducted to investigate 2128 Beijing nEIMNs,and analyze the influencing factors.Results:The average score of insulin injection knowledge of the nEIMNs in Beijing was 12.16±2.72,mean value of the attitude score was 17.46±2.63 and practice score was84.12±7.28.The score of knowledge about insulin injection was low,and the scores of attitude and practice about insulin injection were good.The nEIMNs with different gender,age,education,professional title,and working years in the department had different scores of insulin injection knowledge.Nurses with different professional titles and working years had different insulin injection belief scores,with different age had different scores of insulin injection behavior,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The knowledge level of insulin injection among clinical non-endocrinology internal medicine nurses in Beijing needs to be improved.The training of insulin injection for them should be strengthened in a targeted manner.
