树脂塔运行周期的延长

摘要 讨论了二次盐水精制工序螯合树脂塔理论运行周期及其影响因素,分析了树脂塔运行周期由48h延长至72h的可行性及经济效益。运行证明:延长树脂塔运行周期后,盐水中杂质无明显差别。由于减少了树脂塔再生次数,因此降低了再生用高纯盐酸、烧碱和纯水的消耗,达到了节能降耗的目的。 The theoretical operation cycle of chelating resin tower in secondary brine refining process and its influencing factors were discussed.The feasibility and economic benefits of extending the operation period of the resin tower from 48 h to 72 h were analyzed.The operation proved that there was no obvious dfference in impurities in brine after the operation period of resin tower was extended.Since the regeneration times of the resin tower were reduced,the consumption of high-purity hydrochloric acid,caustic soda and pure water for regeneration was reduced.The purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction was achieved.
