摘要
测定了全氯甲硫醇在330~420K下的饱和蒸气压,采用Antoine方程和Clausius-Clapeyron方程对数据进行了拟合,得到全氯甲硫醇的Antoine方程为lgp=4.6567-3051.4/(T+119.98),相对偏差在-0.686%~1.530%之间;Clausius-Clapeyron方程为lnp=-4016.8/T+14.1593,相对偏差在-0.932%~0.731%之间,并由此推算出全氯甲硫醇的平均标准摩尔蒸发恰为33.396kJ/mol。参考相平衡数据,对粗产品进行了精馏,得到了优化的工艺条件:在真空度0.09MPa、精馏塔板为12块时,全氯甲硫醇质量分数是99.5%、收率为99.4%。
The saturated vapor pressure of perchloromethyl mercaptan at 330-420 K was measured.Antoine equation and Clausius-Clapeyron equation were used to fit the data.The Antoine equation of perchloromethyl mercaptan obtained was lgp=4.6567-3051.4/(T+119.98),with the relative deviation of-0.686%-1.530%.The Clausius-Clapeyron equation was lnp=-4016.8/T+14.1593,with the relative deviation of-0.932%-0.731%.Therefore,it was deduced that the average standard molar evaporation enthalpy of perchloromethyl mercaptan was 33.396 kJ/mol.Referring to the phase equilibrium data,the crude product was rectified,and the optimized process conditions were obtained.When the vacuum degree was 0.09 MPa and the number of rectification trays was 12,the mass fraction of perchloromethyl mercaptan was 99.5%and the yield was 99.4%.
