摘要
将ICP光谱仪可拆卸炬管优化改造为一体式炬管,制定方案及预算,实施改造后验证实际成效。验证过程中确定了适当检测条件,采用标准加入法进行定量,线性相关系数(R)为0.9992~0.9999,回收率为96.2%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.92%~1.77%。证明改造后可以消除样品中基体体系效应、共存元素干扰、光谱干扰等对测定结果的影响,由此可以认为改造后检测精盐水各元素是准确的,改造是相对成功的。
The detachable torch tube of plasma spectrometer was optimized and transformed into an integrated torch tube.The plan and budget are formulated.The actual effect is verified after the transformation.Appropriate test conditions were determined during validation.The standard addition method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient(R)was 0.9992-0.9999,the recovery was 96.2%-106.3%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.92%-1.77%.It can be proved that the influence of matrix system effect,coexisting element interference and spectral interference on the determination results can be eliminated after transformation.It can be concluded that the determination of elements in refined brine after transformation is accurate and the transformation is relatively successful.
