农产品碳足迹评测方法和碳标签制度建立 被引量:4

摘要 自然资源和全球变暖的双重约束对中国农业的发展带来了重大挑战,未来农业发展的重要趋势将会是绿色低碳化。将产品全生命周期的碳足迹数据用标签方式标识到商品上,建立以消费者为主的低碳消费模式,对促进农业产业结构调整和农业减排固碳具有重要意义。碳标签制度成为继生态标签、能效标签以及其他环保标签之后的一个全新的标签制度体系。在阐述农产品碳标签定义和碳足迹计算方法的基础上,对碳标签的发展历程和中国碳标签制度的现状进行了介绍,分析了农产品碳标签对中国农业绿色低碳发展、农产品进出口贸易等的影响。最后,提出了建立中国农产品碳标签制度的建议和对策。 The shortage of natural resources and global warming have brought great challenges to the development of Chinese agriculture,and the important trend of agricultural development in the future will be low-carbon.It is of great significance to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and agricultural carbon reduction and fixation to label the carbon footprint data of the whole life cycle of products on commodities and establish a low-carbon consumption mode dominated by consumers.Carbon labeling system has become a new labeling system after ecological labels,energy efficiency labels and other environmental labels.Based on expounding the definition and calculation method of carbon labeling of agricultural products,the development process of carbon labeling and the current situation of China's carbon labeling system were introduced,the impact of carbon labeling of agricultural products on China's green and low-carbon development of agriculture,import and export trade of agricultural products were analyzed.Finally,suggestions and countermeasures for the establishment of China's carbon labeling system of agricultural products were put forward.
