河南省农村绿色经济发展水平评价及对策建议

Evaluation of the Level of Rural Green Economy Development in Henan Province and Countermeasures

农村经济是中国国民经济的重要组成部分,全面推进生态文明建设和建设社会主义现代化强国的关键就在于农村经济的发展,而绿色发展和高质量发展已成为当前中国经济领域的重要课题,建立一个能科学有效地反映中国农村绿色经济发展质量的评价指标体系,准确把握农村区域发展差异,为农村经济高质量和绿色发展提供依据和指导,是一项十分重要的任务,是加快推进农村经济高质量发展、实施乡村振兴战略的应有之义。基于2010—2019年河南省农村方面的数据,在乡村振兴大背景下,采用熵值法进行数据分析,得出河南省农村绿色经济发展水平的综合得分。结果显示:河南省农村绿色经济发展水平总体呈波动上升趋势,可持续性、生态效益和信息化水平方面都有提升空间。基于此,推动河南省农村绿色经济发展水平要突出绿色和高质量发展的主题,加快推进农业结构性改革,提高农业科学技术利用水平,调控农产品价格、推动多种生产方式,找准地方特色,发展现代农业经济。

The rural economy is an important part of China's national economy.The key to comprehensively advancing the construction of ecological civilization and building a modern and powerful socialist country lies in the development of rural economy.Green development and high-quality development have become important issues in the current economic field of China.It is a very important task to establish an evaluation index system that can scientifically and effectively reflect the quality of China's rural green economic development,accurately grasp the differences in rural regional development,and provide basis and guidance for the high-quality and green development of the rural economy.The high-quality development of the rural economy and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy are due.Based on the data of rural areas in Henan province from 2010 to 2019,under the background of rural revitalization,using the data analysis method of entropy method,the comprehensive score of rural green economy development level in Henan province was obtained.The results showed that the development level of rural green economy in Henan province is generally fluctuating and rising,and there is room for improvement in sustainability,ecological benefits and informatization.Based on this,promoting the green development level of rural areas in Henan province should highlight the theme of green and high-quality development,speed up the agricultural structural reforms,improve the utilization level of agricultural science and technology,regulate prices of agricultural products,promote multiple production methods,identify local characteristics,and develop modern agricultural economy.
