摘要 为解决客货共线铁路60 kg/m钢轨9号、12号道岔几何尺寸保持能力差、部件使用寿命短、养护维修工作量大等问题,本文针对CZ577、SC330、专线4249等主型道岔进行了统型与优化研究。分别从平面线型、通用件、转辙器轨件与扣件系统、辙叉护轨与联结零件等四个方面进行了结构优化设计,可显著提高60 kg/m钢轨9号、12号道岔的服役性能和使用寿命,为客货共线铁路道岔长期安全服役和道岔技术的进一步发展奠定了基础。 To solve the problem of poor maintainability of turnout geometric dimension,short service life of components and heavy maintenance cost of No.9 and No.12 turnout with 60 kg/m rail,the design of turnout of CZ577、SC330 and dedicated line 4249 were investigated and improved in the paper.The structure optimization was carried out from four aspects:turnout layout geometry,universal components,switch track piece and fastening system,frog guardrail and coupling parts.The long-term service performance of No.9 and No.12 turnout with 60 kg/m rail is improved,which can significantly contribute to the long-term safety service and development of turnout technology.
